The ManitobaAddressChange system is owned and operated by the Manitoba Government. These terms and conditions of use (Terms of Use) apply to your use of the system and do not alter in any way the terms of use and conditions of any other agreement between you and Manitoba or any of the participating programs. By using this system, you represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority and are lawfully able to accept these Terms of Use. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian accepts and agrees to these Terms of Use on your behalf before you use the system.
You agree that you will not interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse this system or any resources, hardware, software, services or networks connected to or accessible through this system. You agree that you will only use this system for lawful and moral purposes.
1. Breach of these Terms of Use
If you breach any of these Terms of Use, damage the system, modify or attempt to modify any software program used by this system, or subvert or attempt to subvert any security devices that Manitoba has installed for this system, then Manitoba may terminate your right to use this system for such length of time that Manitoba considers appropriate. In addition, your breach, damage, modifications or security subversion may result in civil or criminal proceedings against you. Manitoba reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the system to determine whether a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request.
2. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that:
- All information provided by you for use by the system is accurate and current.
- You are not prohibited by any law, order or judgement (whether civil or criminal) from accessing the Internet.
3. Proprietary Rights
Except as specifically provided below, you may not copy, upload, distribute or otherwise publish any information protected by the proprietary rights of Manitoba, the participating programs or any third parties, without obtaining permission of the copyright owner.
Manitoba and the participating programs authorize you to view, copy and print materials published on this website subject to the following conditions:
- The material is to be used only for personal or non-commercial purposes.
- You must not modify, reformulate, adapt, alter, adjust, change, disassemble, frame or decrypt any of the contents of this website, including any proprietary notices in such materials.
