When you receive your confirmation number, your request has been confirmed by ManitobAddressChange. Each participating organization receives new requests from ManitobaAddressChange daily and will work as fast as they can to process your request.

• All data is placed on a secure server. Your information is encrypted using the highest security standards.
• Your information will be provided only to the organizations you have selected and it will not be sold or distributed to any other companies or individuals.

ManitobaAddressChange lets you inform organizations about your move with no postage costs and no waiting on hold. It's also completely FREE.

It's an easy process:

1. Click on “Update your Address” and read the information there.
2. Click on “Next” and it will bring up the change of address form.
3. Select which organizations you would like to inform of your address change.
4. Fill in general information required by all of the organizations (such as your name and contact information, and the addresses you are moving into or out of).
5. Fill in any additional information required by the organization you selected (such as any additional contacts or an account number)
6. Finally, hit the “Submit” button and you will come across a security check, enter in the string of numbers and letters and you should be presented with a confirmation number.
7. You’re done!

You can use this site at any time. Your request will be completed as soon as possible. Please allow for 2-5 business days for the organizations to process your change of address. If you would like to inquire on the status of your request, please contact us.

There is no fee for using this website.

After you have verified your information and received a confirmation number, an electronic file is sent to the organizations you selected with only the information they required. Each organization will then process your request as soon as they can.
